Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your stylish home decor purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels
  • Proof of purchase: Required (order confirmation or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:

  • All fragrance oils (Geuroliën)
  • Home perfumes (Huisparfums)
  • Candles (including Lampe Berger and other candles)

Return Process in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject line: “Retouraanvraag – [Your Order Number]”
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation that the item is unused and in original packaging

Step 2: Return Approval

Our stylish team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll email you a return label with instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, attach the return label, and ship it back within 5 business days of approval using the designated carrier.

Special packing instructions: For fragile items like Blond Amsterdam dinnerware, plant terrariums, and aroma diffusers, please use similar protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days):

  • For returns: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • For exchanges: We’ll confirm your new order

Refund Information

  • Credit Card/PayPal payments: Refund processed within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are only refunded for defective or incorrectly shipped items

International Returns

For orders outside the Netherlands:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Ensure adequate insurance and tracking
